My journey hasn’t been perfect—but it’s real. And if you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to even begin with your health… you’re not alone.


đź’› My Story

Let me take you back to 2014.

I was 28 years old, had just met my amazing husband, and was in the best shape of my life. I weighed around 150 pounds, felt confident, and could eat whatever I wanted with no consequences. Life felt easy.

And then… life got even better.

We got married, and soon after, welcomed our two beautiful daughters—born just one year apart in 2020 and 2021. Like many moms, I happily stepped into motherhood with my whole heart.

But in the process… I completely stepped away from myself.

I gained about 15 pounds with each pregnancy—around 30 pounds total—and told myself I’d “get around to it” eventually. My days were full:

  • Working in the mornings
  • Taking care of my kids in the afternoons
  • Running on 4–5 hours of sleep a night
  • Living off coffee just to function

My husband and I worked opposite shifts so we could always be there for our girls. We made sure they had healthy, home-cooked meals—but for us? It was whatever was quick and easy.

Like so many parents, we put ourselves last.

By 2022, my weight had climbed to over 190 pounds… and eventually, I hit 209 pounds.

But even then, I told myself: â€śI’ll deal with it later.”

I was in full-on mommy bliss.

When my daughters were just 1½ years old and 9 months old… my world stopped.

At 36 years old, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Everything changed in an instant.

The fear.
The confusion.
The guilt of what my family was about to go through.

I felt like I was drowning.

Over the next few years, I endured:

  • Multiple major surgeries
  • Removal of my breasts, tubes, ovaries, cervix, and uterus
  • Chemotherapy and radiation
  • Surgically induced menopause

I battled deep depression, anxiety, and completely lost myself.

Physically, mentally, emotionally—I was at my lowest point.


✨ The Turning Point

Then one day… something shifted.

I felt a spark.

For the first time in years:

  • My mind felt clearer
  • My body felt lighter
  • I had energy again

And I wanted more of that feeling.

But when I looked in the mirror, I didn’t recognize myself.

I felt ashamed… and overwhelmed.

I didn’t know where to start—but I knew one thing:

I was ready to take my life back.

Not just for me—but for my family.

I started small.

No extremes.
No expensive programs.
No shortcuts.

Just consistency.

Over the next 10 months:

  • I lost over 50 pounds naturally
  • I rebuilt my strength—physically and mentally
  • I learned how to fuel my body properly

Was I perfect? Not even close.

I:

  • Skipped workouts
  • Ate cookies and cried
  • Hit plateaus
  • Wanted to quit more than once

But I kept showing up.
